Zapier Integration
BiznisBox can be integrated with Zapier to connect with thousands of other apps and automate workflows. This integration allows you to create "Zaps" that can trigger actions in BiznisBox based on events in other applications, or vice versa.
Getting Started
- Sign Up for Zapier: If you don't already have a Zapier account, sign up at zapier.com.
- Create a Zap: Once logged in, click on "Make a Zap" to start creating your automation.
- Choose BiznisBox as the App: In the "Trigger" section, search for and select BiznisBox.
- Select a Trigger Event: Choose the event in BiznisBox that will trigger the Zap, such as "New Invoice" or "New Customer".
- Connect Your BiznisBox Account: You will need to provide your BiznisBox API credentials to connect your account. This typically involves entering an API key or token.
- Set Up the Trigger: Follow the prompts to configure the trigger settings, such as filtering by specific criteria or selecting a specific BiznisBox instance.
- Choose an Action App: In the "Action" section, select the app you want to connect with BiznisBox.
- Select an Action Event: Choose the action that you want to perform in the other app when the trigger event occurs in BiznisBox.
- Map Fields: Map the fields from BiznisBox to the fields in the action app. This step ensures that the data is transferred correctly between the two applications.
- Test Your Zap: Zapier will prompt you to test the Zap to ensure that everything is working correctly. Follow the instructions to complete the test.
- Turn On Your Zap: Once the test is successful, you can turn on your Zap to start automating your workflows.
- Monitor and Manage Your Zaps: You can view and manage your Zaps from the Zapier dashboard. Here, you can edit, turn off, or delete Zaps as needed.
