User settings

Overview​

The user settings screen allows us to view and change our user data includes:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email (username for login) - can not be changed by the user
  • Password
  • User profile picture
  • Language

Change user data​

In the first part of the user settings screen, we can see the user's data and change by changing the data and clicking on the "Update" button.

Change user profile picture​

In the first part of the user settings screen, we can see the user's profile picture and change by clicking on the current profile picture which opens a dialog for selecting a new profile picture.

Change user password​

On the bottom of the user settings screen, we can see the "Change password" tab. To change the password, we need to enter the new password twice.

After changing the password, the user will be logged out of the application and will need to log in again with the new password.

View login history​

On the login history tab, we can see the history of user logins. We can see the date and time of the login, the IP address from which the login was made, the browser and operating system from which the login was made and the location of the IP address.

This is useful if we want to check if someone else has logged into our account. If we notice a suspicious login, we can change the password immediately.

Delete user account​

You can not delete your user account. If you want to delete your user account this is possible only by the administrator of the company. If you want to delete your user account, please contact the administrator of the company.
