Quote

Overview​

The customer has access to the quotes that are created for him. Customers can see the quote details, download the quote as a PDF, and accept or reject the quote.

Access to the quotes is available with a special link that is sent to the customer by email. Customers can not see the quotes of other customers.

Customer quote

The customer view of the quote is read-only. The customer can not change the quote details. They can only see the quote details download the quote as a PDF and accept or reject the quote.

Accept or reject quote​

If the quote is not accepted or rejected, the customer can accept or reject the quote by clicking on the "Accept" or "Reject" button.

After clicking will be status of the quote changed to "Accepted" or "Rejected".

After accepting or rejecting the quote, the customer can not change the status of the quote. The status of the quote can be changed only by the employee in the employee application.

Download quote as PDF​

Customers can download the quote as a PDF by clicking on the "Download" button.
