Currency

Overview​

The currency screen allows us to manage currencies that are used in the application.

Notice

BiznisBox currently has not fully implemented multi-currency support. The multi-currency support is currently on the roadmap.

Create currency​

To create a new currency, click on the "New currency" button which opens a dialog for creating a new currency.

The currency code is a three-letter code that is used to identify the currency. The currency symbol is the symbol that is used to represent the currency. The currency name is the name of the currency. The currency rate is the rate of the currency compared to the base currency. The base currency is the currency that is used as the base for all other currencies. The base currency is set in the general settings.

Refresh currency rates​

Application currency rates are updated automatically every day. If you want to update the currency rates manually, click on the "Refresh currency rates" button.

Currency rates are updated from the European Central Bank website.

Edit currency​

To edit a currency, double-click on the currency you want to edit in the currency table which opens a dialog for editing the currency.

Delete currency​

To delete a currency, double-click on the currency you want to delete in the currency table and in the dialogue that opens, click on the "Delete" button.
